• While the ideal weight for a man who is 150 cm tall is 48 kg, it should be 43 kg for women.
• A man who is 158 cm tall should weigh 55 kg and a woman 51 kg.
• For a height of 160 cm, it should be 57 kg for men and 52 kg for women.
• A person who is 162 cm tall should reach 59 kg if he is a man and 54 kg if he is a woman.
• Men with a height of 165 cm should weigh 61 kg and women 57 kg.
• For women with a height of 170 cm, it should be 61 kg, for men it should be 66 kg.
